Agnes Stephenson

About the person

Agnes Stephenson is a psychoanalytic educator specializing in special and curative pedagogy. She currently serves as a university assistant at the Department of Psychotherapy Science at the Sigmund Freud Private University in Linz. Agnes is also a doctoral student at the Institute for Educational Science and Educational Research at AAU Klagenfurt, where her research focuses on the psychodynamic aspects of social phenomena, the intersections of psychotherapy and pedagogy, and themes of global citizenship, identity, and homeland. In her administrative roles, she is the Study Program Coordinator for the Baccalaureate at SFU PTW LINZ and oversees Research Coordination at the same institution.

Agnes Stephenson ist eine psychoanalytische Pädagogin, spezialisiert auf Sonder- und Heilpädagogik. Derzeit ist sie als Universitätsassistentin am Fachbereich Psychotherapiewissenschaft an der Sigmund Freud Privatuniversität in Linz tätig. Agnes ist auch Doktorandin am Institut für Erziehungswissenschaft und Bildungsforschung an der AAU Klagenfurt, wo ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte auf den psychodynamischen Aspekten sozialer Phänomene, den Schnittstellen zwischen Psychotherapie und Pädagogik sowie Themen wie globale Bürgerschaft, Identität und Heimat liegen. In ihren administrativen Rollen koordiniert sie das Bachelor-Studienprogramm an der SFU PTW LINZ und leitet dort die Forschungskoordination.
